SPANISH WINE GLASS
H: 12.5 cm C. 1785
Remarks: Probably from Cataluña the maker of this wine glass took his influence from English wines of similar form. Of straw tint, the transparent thin-walled bowl is funnel shaped on a hollow baluster stem. The rippling in the foot shows that it consists of two layers of glass, __with one collapsed upon the other.
Condition: excellent, undamaged
